Here is Our Simple Exchange/Return Process

If you need to return your scrubs to us for any reason, just follow our simple return process.

There are three simple rules:

Keep your tags - if your scrubs are brand new try them on before removing the tags. If you want to exchange them or return them, you will still have the tags attached. Once you have removed the tags, keep them. You can still return the scrubs if you have the tags.
Keep the clear plastic "poly" bag the scrubs came in. We must have it for a return or exchange.
Keep your packing list. Again, we must have a copy of the packing list to issue a refund or to make an exchange.

If you want to exchange for a different color or size you have two choices: you can either:

Repurchase the correct items and then return the exchanged items to us for a credit, or
Send the exchanged items back to us and we will reorder the items you need.

If your exchange results in an overpayment, we will issued a credit to your credit card, or if there is an underpayment, we will send you an invoice via PayPal for the difference.

If you want to return items for a refund, just send them back to us.

All returns for refund or exchange must have all of the original tags, the clear "poly" bags and a copy of the packing slip clearly indicating what the exchange or refund is to include.
